1. Agreement

By accessing or using DraftMySize, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account and Access

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Pricing and Billing

DraftMySize offers a free preview of all patterns. Full exports (PDF, A0, DXF) are available for $14.99 CAD per pattern. There is no subscription — each purchase is a one-time payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Charges are billed at the time of purchase. You authorize us and our payment processor to collect those amounts.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support with your transaction details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service, including attempts to bypass payment gates or access controls.

6. Intellectual Property

The DraftMySize platform, brand assets, and software are protected intellectual property. You retain ownership of your own measurements and design inputs.

7. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including for maintenance, security, or compliance reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DraftMySize is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.
